In our hospital, visits can be made every day between 10.00-23.00. We recommend that you do not bring your children under the age of 7 as visitors, as they cannot easily adapt to the hospital environment. For the health of our patient, we kindly request that no more than two visitors are present in the room at the same time and that visits are limited to 10 minutes.

During the treatment of all our patients, diet meals prepared by our Specialist Dietician are offered in accordance with their health status and the doctor’s treatment program.

Dinner service: starts at 18.00.
Snack services for our patients receiving snacks;

Evening snack service: starts at 21.00.
You can reach the Lobby Cafeteria located inside the hospital by calling extension 2147. When you order by phone, service is provided by Catering waiters to your room. Lobby Cafeteria is open 24/7 and you can forward your order to phone 2147.

Our hospital has a cafeteria serving on the first floor and a restaurant opposite the entrance of the emergency clinic. The cafeteria is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provides room service for your hot-cold food and beverage requests. Our restaurant, located opposite the Emergency Clinic entrance, serves our patients and their relatives with an A’la Carte menu between 07.00 – 20.00, 7 days a week.

Within our International Patient Services Department, our specialists in English, Arabic, Russian, French, Romanian, and Georgian are ready to assist you and support you in receiving service in your own native language. Our inpatient consultants will assist you as needed.

Due to the risk of live and soil flowers carrying infection to patient rooms and causing allergies, they are not accepted into our patient rooms as per Joint Commission International Quality Standards.

We value your opinions in order to ensure the continuity of our service quality and to provide you with better service. You can participate in our survey by scanning the QR code in your room with your mobile phone camera and share your suggestions, thoughts or satisfaction with us.

Our hospital has prayer rooms that our patients and visitors can use to fulfill their religious duties.

Due to the importance given to infection control in our hospital, maximum sensitivity is shown to hygiene and cleaning conditions. Every day during your treatment, our Housekeeping staff will visit you to keep your room and its surroundings clean, more than once a day when necessary.

We provide 24/7 professional valet parking service for our indoor parking lot and the outdoor parking lot in front of the Emergency Clinic.

We have a contracted taxi stand approximately 100 meters away from our hospital. Our inpatient consultants will be happy to assist you in reaching a taxi.

Our suite rooms, which consist of two separate rooms connected by an intermediate door, with a separate room and a guest restroom for you to host your guests, are larger in square meters than standard rooms. Suite rooms, especially preferred by mothers who give birth, are designed in accordance with the health and comfort of mother and baby. We have Suite and King Suite room options for our patients who want to be with their loved ones and have a large number of visitors.

While welcoming your guests who will share your happy day after birth, you can benefit from our hairdresser service (blow-dry) free of charge if you wish, to relieve the stress of birth and feel more well-groomed. Our hairdresser does not serve on public holidays and Sundays.

Traditional Turkish customs like Postpartum Sherbet (Lohusa Şerbeti), compote, and a stylishly prepared celebration meal for the parents are served.

Depending on the gender of your baby, 1 door decoration is provided by our hospital for the door of your room until you are discharged.

To share the joy of your baby’s birth, free SMS is sent to the 50-person list you will provide to us.

Our nurse is ready by your side so that you can give the first milk after birth, and you can give the first milk adequately with her help. One day after birth, the first bath and skin care of your baby are explained to you by our newborn nurses in the baby care room.

Since you shared your pregnancy and birth processes with us, a gift package (white romper, pillow, bottom cover and hat) is presented to ensure you remember this special day with Hisar Hospital Intercontinental.
