Based on your individualized data and information, we provide you with a free cost estimate with details of our medical facilities and physicians. During your treatment and stay, your Recovery Specialist provides a complete package of support at no extra charge.

 

Who will be dealing with details of my case during my trip?

Hisar Hospital Intercontinental International Office will take care of all details relating to your visit and successful return and recovery.

 

Will I need any travel documents?

Please check with us and we will advise you on the procedures and documentation that apply for your country. Many citizens from abroad simply obtain a visa at the airport of arrival in Turkey. We can also help you with visa extensions if required.

 

Can anyone else ask for a second opinion?

The patient or their doctor may contact us confidentially by phone, by email or by using the form on our website, giving us details of your condition and requirements for free. We generally require the patient’s complete medical history, along with any applicable x-ray films and laboratory test results. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

If I am accompanied by family members or a companion, when can they travel?

Family members and companions can travel with you. The team at Hisar International Office is at the service of families and accompanying guests as well as patients.

 

If I require accommodation outside the hospital, what do I do?

Leave it to us. Choosing accommodation suitable to your budget and close to the hospital can be confusing without local knowledge and contacts. We also have favored rates at many hotels that we pass on to our guests. We make sure that you are confirmed in an accommodation of your choice and liking.
