Dr. Rahib Hasanov was born in 1981 in Azerbaijan. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education there, he entered the medical profession by studying at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa, English Medical Faculty from 1999 to 2005.
In 2006–2007, he participated in the Observership Program at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas, USA, where he had the opportunity to work alongside leading physicians and witness advanced practices in modern medicine firsthand.
From 2009 to 2013, Dr. Hasanov completed his Internal Medicine residency at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He then pursued a subspecialty in Medical Oncology at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine between 2015 and 2018, deepening his scientific knowledge and clinical experience in oncology.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hasanov has attended numerous national and international congresses, seminars, and courses, keeping up with the latest developments in oncology. He has integrated modern treatment methods such as immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and smart drugs into his practice. With experience gained both in Turkey and abroad, he has developed a strong vision for individualized oncology care.
Dr. Hasanov has treated patients not only from Turkey but also from Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and the Middle East, and regularly receives patients from Europe and the USA. He builds his medical practice on scientific advancement, ethical values, and a patient-centered approach, making him an internationally recognized and preferred oncology specialist.
