Treatment Options

Insemination (IUI) Method
Insemination (IUI) is a natural fertility treatment that can increase the chances of pregnancy for couples who have difficulty conceiving. The application requires outpatient conditions. Read more
IVF Treatment
In short, IVF treatment refers to the process of combining sperm and egg cells taken from couples who cannot conceive naturally in a laboratory environment, fertilizing them, and placing them in the mother’s womb. Read more
Microinjection-ICSI
Microinjection (ICSI) is the process of injecting sperm into the egg. In this laboratory procedure, depending on the quality of the egg and sperm, fertilization is expected to occur in 40-70% of mature eggs. Read more
IMSI – Sperm Microinjection
The use of sperm examined under high magnification during the microinjection process is referred to as IMSI, or sperm microinjection. This procedure allows for better morphological examination of higher quality sperm cells compared to IVF treatment and normal microinjection. Read more
Blastocyst Transfer
With the advancing technology, blastocyst transfer has started to be applied, which is one of the advanced IVF methods. In a normally occurring pregnancy, the single-celled embryo formed as a result of the fusion of the egg and sperm cells travels through the tubes to attach to the mother’s womb about 5-6 days after fertilization. The embryo, which expands in volume and breaks through the surrounding membrane, is called a blastocyst during this period. Read more
Assisted Treatment Methods
Embryo Hatching
In IVF treatments, embryos obtained after fertilization are placed in the mother’s womb, where they continue to grow and develop. However, in some cases, even if the best quality embryo is transferred, pregnancy does not occur. One of the reasons for this is that the surrounding membrane of the embryo does not rupture and it cannot attach to the mother’s womb. Read more
Pregnancy Vaccine
One of the latest technologies in IVF treatment is the pregnancy vaccine, which allows the uterus to accept pregnancy more comfortably. With this procedure, the uterus is revitalized and prepared for pregnancy before the embryo transfer. Thus, the chance of the embryo attaching increases. Read more
Pool Method
The pool method refers to the process of collecting two or more eggs before transferring embryos to the mother’s womb and freezing the embryos obtained in this way. According to the treatment program applied, the embryos in the pool are thawed and transferred into the uterus. Read more
Timely Embryo Transfer
The final stage in the IVF method is called embryo transfer, which is the process of transferring the embryo formed as a result of the fertilization of the egg and sperm into the mother’s womb. To increase the success of pregnancy, the highest quality embryos must be selected and transferred at the right time. Read more
Microfluidic Sperm Selection Chip (Sperm Chip)
In IVF treatments, the two main methods used to prepare sperm are centrifugation and flotation. The centrifugation process can cause reactive oxygen species (ROS) to form in sperm cells while also causing some damage to the DNA structure. On the other hand, the microfluidic sperm selection chip, which does not require centrifugation, can prevent the damage caused and thus increase the pregnancy rate with the obtained quality embryos. Surgical Sperm Retrieval
Micro TESE
Azoospermia is the most advanced level of male infertility. Azoospermia is the condition where no sperm is produced in the semen. In such cases, surgical methods are resorted to as a last resort. Micro TESE operation is one of these methods. Read more
Endoscopic Surgery
Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy are among the countless diagnostic and treatment options offered by technological advancements in medicine today. They are also among the most modern diagnostic and treatment methods. Read more
Preservation of Reproductive Health
Oocyte Freezing (Egg Freezing)
Thanks to the egg freezing procedure, which is among the IVF applications today, it has become possible to collect and store a woman’s eggs for future childbearing. Read more
Sperm Freezing
Sperm freezing is the process of freezing sperm samples taken from men for use in IVF treatment in future years. Read more
Embryo Freezing
Embryos obtained by fertilizing sperm and egg samples collected from parents are transferred to the mother’s womb. However, in IVF attempts, a maximum of 2 embryos can be transferred to the mother. The other embryos can be frozen using the embryo freezing method for use in subsequent procedures. Thus, the chance of multiple pregnancies in one attempt is obtained. In Turkey, embryos can be legally stored for up to 5 years. Read more
Genetic Screening IVF
PGT Single Gene Disorders
With the developing technological capabilities, it has become possible to diagnose many hereditary diseases before embryos are placed in the mother’s womb. Preimplantation Genetic Testing, or PGT, is a technique that allows for the genetic examination of embryos. Read more
aCGH
Array Comparative Genomic Hybridization, or aCGH, is a technology used to conduct comprehensive genetic screening of embryos before transfer, thus allowing for the selection of suitable embryos. Read more
