PROF. İBRAHİM HALİL TANBOĞA, M.D.

Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil TANBOĞA began his cardiology residency at Kartal Koşuyolu Training and Research Hospital after completing his medical education. After obtaining the title of Associate Professor, he worked on heart valves at St. Thomas Hospital in London. Prof. Dr. TANBOĞA has advanced knowledge and experience in congenital structural heart diseases, diagnosis and treatment of valve diseases, and coronary artery disease.

In his career, he is particularly involved in;

Diagnosis of coronary artery disease (IVUS, FFR, OCT) and treatment (stent, balloon)

Diagnosis and treatment of valve diseases (Mitral balloon valvuloplasty, TAVI)

Diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias (electrophysiological study and ablation)

Permanent cardiac pacemakers, ICD, CRT

Peripheral artery disease

Transesophageal echocardiography

Diagnosis and treatment of congenital structural heart diseases (ASD, PDA, Coarctation)
