Prof. Dr. Süleyman İPEKÇİ

Prof. Dr. Süleyman İpekçi is a physician who stands out with his academic productivity and scientific contributions in the field of Endocrinology and Metabolism. He was awarded first and third place in the “Best Scientific Publication” category at the 2014 National Diabetes Congress in the field of Diabetes Mellitus; that same year, he won the Publication First Prize among Assistant Professors at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine.

Throughout his academic career, he has published 42 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and 16 articles in national journals. His work has been cited 230 times internationally. He has published 80 scientific presentations and has participated as a speaker in 16 panels and conferences. He has attended 45 congresses domestically and 15 abroad.

His contribution to scientific production has not been limited to publications; he has served as a reviewer for 65 scientific articles and has been involved as a principal investigator or researcher in a total of 8 national and international projects, including two TÜBİTAK projects. He has also served as a jury member for 29 specialization theses and graduation exams. He has participated in numerous national and international scientific training and certification programs.

Prof. Dr. Süleyman İpekçi currently accepts patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental, Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism.
