Servet İğrek

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Servet İĞREK graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Marmara University. After completing his residency, he worked at Diyarbakır Selahaddin Eyyubi State Hospital and Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, gaining extensive clinical experience in orthopedic trauma, sports surgery, arthroscopic surgery, and joint surgery.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Servet İğrek has a particular focus on sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery. His clinical work includes knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle arthroscopy; ligament and meniscus surgery; shoulder instability; cartilage and meniscus injuries; arthroplasty; and trauma surgery. He completed his advanced subspecialty training in sports surgery within the SECEC & ESSKA-approved Sports Surgery Fellowship program.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Servet İğrek has numerous scientific studies published in national and international peer-reviewed journals, has authored book chapters, and has delivered presentations at congresses. He also serves as an instructor in national and international arthroscopy training programs. He is an active member of major professional organizations including the Turkish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (TOTBİD), TUSYAD, the Turkish Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society, the Hip Knee Arthroplasty Society, and SICOT.

With his patient-centered approach, command of current surgical techniques, and academic background, he provides diagnostic and treatment services across a broad range of orthopedic and traumatology practice, with particular emphasis on sports surgery and arthroscopic procedures.
