PROF. ÖMER NECİP AYTUĞ, M.D.

Prof. Dr. Ömer Necip Aytuğ graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1980 and completed his Internal Medicine specialization in 1985. He completed his Gastroenterology specialization at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1997, receiving the titles of Associate Professor in 1989 and Professor in 1998.

Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Ömer Necip Aytuğ has been particularly interested in diseases such as Functional GI Disorders, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Motility Disorders of the Stomach and Intestines, Esophageal Dysmotility, and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. He has participated in numerous national and international congresses both in Turkey and abroad.

Aytuğ is a member of the Turkish Gastroenterology Association, the Turkish Liver Diseases Research Association, and the Gastrointestinal Motility Association, and has successfully performed many operations.

Prof. Dr. Ömer Necip Aytuğ provides services to his patients in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Department at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental.
