Services Offered at Our Oral and Dental Health Unit
Preventive Dentistry (Fissure Sealants and Fluoride Application):
This includes procedures aimed at preventing the most common oral and dental diseases in children, such as tooth decay and gum inflammation, before they develop. Preventive dentistry is a process that begins 6 months after the first tooth erupts and continues throughout life. Early precautions and small preventive interventions help children enjoy a problem-free smile and healthy teeth and mouth in later years.
Implant Treatment:
Implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium or titanium alloys, placed in the jawbone to replace missing teeth so that the gaps neither spoil the aesthetic harmony nor harm oral and dental health in the future.
Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment and Fillings):
When tissue is damaged or inflamed due to untreated decay, this procedure involves shaping the root canal, cleaning out the pulp and then filling the canal with filling materials.
Orthodontics (Correction of Crooked and Crowded Teeth):
Orthodontics aims to correct crooked or gapped teeth caused by environmental or skeletal disorders and to eliminate irregularities of the jaw and face. This helps prevent decay and gum disease and, by correcting how the teeth and jaws close together, gives the person healthier chewing function. An orthodontic examination is recommended for children before the age of 7, even if they have no complaints.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery:
This includes removal of impacted wisdom teeth, tooth extraction and apical resection, which is the removal of the root tip and the infected tissue around it.
Cyst and Tumor Operations:
Cysts can occur anywhere in the body, but the jaws are the area where they are most commonly seen. The aim is to treat them without causing bone loss.
Periodontology (Treatment of Gum Diseases):
Conservative treatment is a form of treatment that repairs loss of hard tooth tissue caused by decay or other reasons and restores the function and aesthetics the patient has lost.
Aesthetic Dentistry and Teeth Whitening (Laminate Veneers, Porcelain Fillings):
Procedures such as porcelain laminate veneers (leaf porcelain), composite laminates, bonding, smile design, teeth whitening, inlay-onlay restorations and recontouring are performed.
Prosthetic Dental Treatment (Porcelain, Zirconia, Crowns, Bridges):
This is the process of replacing missing teeth, or teeth with extensive loss of tooth structure, using materials that resemble the color and texture of natural teeth.
Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders:
This treatment aims to eliminate the various negative symptoms of involuntary teeth clenching and grinding at night and/or during the day, and to treat the clenching and grinding habit.

Temporomandibular Joint and Facial Pain Center
Teeth clenching and grinding is an involuntary activity that can occur at night and/or during the day. It is observed in the great majority of adults and often goes unnoticed without producing any noticeable adverse symptoms.
Gum Diseases and Treatment
Gum diseases cover a wide range of conditions, from simple gum inflammation (gingivitis) to severe infections that cause the alveolar bone surrounding the tooth root to become inflamed and eroded (periodontitis). With these diseases, the gums swell and bleed, tooth necks become exposed as the gums recede, teeth may shift position, and teeth may become loose and be lost.
Tooth Diseases and Treatment
Conservative treatment is the type of treatment that repairs material losses in the hard tissues of the teeth caused by decay or other reasons, restoring the function and aesthetics that the patient has lost.
Endodontics
In cases where the decay is very close to the dental pulp, a variety of medical materials are used to prevent inflammation of the pulp in the event of pulp exposure or near-exposure during treatment, supporting the formation of new dentin in that area.
