PYXIS computerized medication system operated by fingerprint…

At our hospital, where patient safety is meticulously applied, our nurses use the PYXIS computerized medication system operated by fingerprint. The world’s most advanced 640-detector computed tomography system…

The new high-end Computed Tomography system, which plays a major role in evaluating many diseases with the latest imaging techniques, from early diagnosis to treatment planning, provides our patients with the most accurate and early diagnosis. Aquilion One, the world’s most powerful and advanced scanner, provides images with unrivaled precision and resolution. With the latest-generation Computed Tomography system, coronary CT angiography can be performed for our emergency patients 24 hours a day. Especially in patients who have had a stroke, the affected area can easily be visualized without the need for an additional imaging method. It dramatically reduces the radiation dose compared with conventional standard tomography imaging.

A quieter and more innovative 3 Tesla MRI experience…

3 TESLA MRI technology is of great importance in terms of prioritizing patient comfort and, with its high-quality and reliable results, especially enabling an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning. Because 3 TESLA MRI is wider, shorter and more comfortable than conventional devices, it offers an advantage for people with claustrophobia and overweight individuals. It is also preferred because it is quieter.

Many patients find MRI procedures dark, noisy and even frightening. The Cinema Vision MRI Video System on the device offers children, adults and claustrophobic patients a sedation-free scanning experience in which they can watch 3D films and television or listen to their favorite music.

In addition, the extremely comfortable and reliable New CinemaVision eliminates the traditional heavy 3D glasses used in most MRI systems and simplifies use for the patient without the complexity of wired connections.

At our hospital, which provides services in all fields, personalized treatments are performed with today’s up-to-date technology.

How will my treatment be planned?

Once your diagnosis is confirmed, specialists in medical oncology, radiation oncology, oncological surgery, cancer genetics and radionuclide therapy review your case together. A treatment plan tailored to you is prepared, taking into account the type and stage of the cancer and your general health, and this plan is discussed with you in detail.

Who will look after me during treatment?

Your treatment is led by your attending physician. Oncology nurses are with you on treatment days. Psychologists and dietitians also support you in coping with the side effects of treatment and maintaining your quality of life.

How long does cancer treatment take?

It depends on the type and stage of the cancer and the treatment used. Chemotherapy usually lasts a few months, given in cycles repeated every few weeks.
